Role Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and help us achieve our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and developing new business opportunities across our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve our monthly revenue target.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our target markets (businesses with 10-500 employees)
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, particularly focusing on SME's.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline using our established lead qualification criteria.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our market approach and value proposition.
Generate detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive maximum value from our VoIP solutions while maintaining our target 2-hour response time and high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat via Freshdesk).
Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and system implementations within our 30-day timeline.
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and work towards improving these scores.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our VoIP systems.
Track and analyse post-installation support requests to identify common issues and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to maintaining our "First-Time Right Rate" for installations.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues
Identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
2+ years of customer success or support experience, preferably in telecommunications or SaaS.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain VoIP technology.
Experience with help desk software (preferably Freshdesk) and CRM systems.
