  • Self-managed by the Customer and its Users
  • Fully managed by Telo's expert support team

(b) Comprehensive managed service solutions including:

  • System configuration and optimization
  • Ongoing technical support
  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance
  • Custom telephony solutions
  • Dedicated account management


2.2. Our Service includes:

  • VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony services
  • Virtual phone numbers
  • Call management features
  • Mobile and desktop applications
  • Additional telecommunications services as described on www.telo.uk


Service Requirements


3.1. The Service requires:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Compatible devices
  • Acceptance of these Terms
  • Valid payment method
  • Accurate registration information


3.2. Emergency Calls

The Service supports emergency calls (999/112) but depends on:

  • Your internet connection
  • Power supply
  • Device functionality
  • Accurate location information


Customer Obligations


4.1. The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Use the Service lawfully
  • Pay all charges when due
  • Ensure proper use by all Users
  • Maintain adequate internet connectivity


4.2. Prohibited Activities:

  • Unauthorized resale of services
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • System manipulation or abuse
  • Violation of acceptable use policies


Service Availability and Quality


5.1. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific call quality levels
  • Network availability


5.2. Service maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary disruptions.


Pricing and Payment


6.1. Charges:

  • Monthly subscription fees

6.2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment in advance for subscription services
  • 30-day payment terms for additional charges
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Termination

Limitation of Liability


9.1. Telo's liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages
  • Maximum of 12 months' service fees
  • Excludes indirect or consequential losses


9.2. No liability for:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force majeure events

Changes to Terms
